We’re here to help. If you no longer wish to use your DoopL account as a learner or instructor, please follow the steps below to delete your account. 🔐
2. Important Notes Before Deleting
Please read carefully before proceeding:
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
- All your data will be permanently deleted, including:
- Bookings (past, present, and future)
- Earnings (for instructors)
- Progress reports (for learners)
- Messages and chat history
- Once deleted, you will no longer have access to your account or any linked information.
📌 If you simply want a break, consider these alternatives instead of deleting your account:
- Instructors:Use the “Stop New Requests” feature in the app to pause receiving bookings.
- Learners:Avoid making new bookings - your profile will remain inactive until you return.
3. How to Delete My Account
🧑 For Instructors
- Open the DoopL Instructor App.
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Profile → Account.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation message and tap Confirm Deletion.
👨🎓 For Dooplers (Learners or Drivers)
- Open the DoopL App.
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Profile → Account.
- Scroll down and tap Delete My Account.
- Follow the on-screen confirmation steps to complete the process.

5. Alternatives to Deleting
- Change Notification Settings:Go to Settings → Notificationsto control alerts.
- Temporarily Disable Bookings:
- Instructors:Tap Stop New Requeststo pause incoming lessons.
- Learners:Simply avoid making new bookings until ready to return.
6. Final Reminder
⚠️ Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you decide to return to DoopL in the future, you’ll need to create a new account from scratch.
